NE Center Integrated Biomolecular Communication
The Data Management and Analysis Core of the NE Center for Integrated Biomolecular communication is currently accepting applications for the position of Research Assistant/Web & Database Analyst.
This position will be a member of the Data Management and Analysis Core (DMAC) of CIBC and the University of Nebraska Holland Computing Center (HCC), with the responsibility to develop and support infrastructure for data access, management, and archiving. The position will coordinate with both the DMAC and the HCC in the development of a DMAC web portal; as such, expertise in aspects of Globus Online, web portal development, workflow deployment, and data management are essential.
Knowledge of biochemistry, biomedical research, and biotechnology is highly desirable. Service to the high performance computing profession and university is expected.
