The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) is seeking applicants for two positions to support a new program in UCO’s college of Mathematics and Science.
These are full-time instructor positions for our new Professional Science Master’s (PSM) Program in Computational Science, which will start in Fall 2016.
Here are links to apply for each position. I strongly encourage those with interest to apply to both:

A Few Details:
Teaching duties will be in applying computational techniques to problems in professional settings. So applicants should have demonstrated computational experience in industry or academic settings. These positions (called EduInnovator) are specifically to bring innovations to this program including development of online content resources for hybrid/blended classes. In addition, these positions will advance and develop partnerships with industry and other external organizations in metropolitan Oklahoma City.
These faculty will work closely with UCO’s Center for eLearning and Connected Environments (CeCE). PSM programs have rapidly grown since the late 1990’s to over 300 programs in the US. These programs are part STEM master’s program and part MBA. In lieu of a thesis, PSM students undertake a major project focused on applying course knowledge to professional settings.
