Four universities in Missouri that primarily focus on undergraduate education have been awarded a grant from the National Science Foundation: CC* Regional Computing: Development of Undergraduate High-Performance Computing Capacity with the CIMUSE Consortium, Award #2322084.
Missouri Western State University, Truman State University, Webster University, and Southeast Missouri State University are partnering with Computational Infusion for Missouri Undergraduate Science and Education (CIMUSE) consortium to expand high-performance computing education around the Show Me state. Instead of developing resources on each campus, these universities rely on University of Missouri Research Support Solutions to manage the cluster on a day-to-day basis. This allows smaller universities to concentrate on educating both students and faculty.
