Midwest Big Data Hub All-Hands Meeting

March 21-22, 2016

You are cordially invited to participate in the Midwest Big Data Hub (MBDH) All-Hands meeting, to be held March 21-22, 2016, at the Big Ten Conference Center in Chicago, IL.

This is the first All-Hands meeting of the MBDH. The goals of this meeting are:

  • Provide an update on Hub activities, including Spoke and Node activities
  • Provide Spokes with an opportunity to organize
  • Provide an opportunity for academic researchers, industry, foundations, associations, and local and federal governments to learn more about the MBDH and explore opportunities to engage with the Hub and the Spokes

There is no charge to attend the workshop but we do ask that you register online so we are able to plan accordingly. Additional information about the meeting can be found on the MBDH website or feel free to send us an email.

Meeting Location: Big Ten Conference Center in Chicago, IL

Meals: An evening reception on Sunday, morning refreshments, lunch, breaks and an evening reception on Monday, and morning refreshments, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday will be provided.

Lightning Talks: If you are interested in presenting a lightning talk about work you’re doing related to data, data sets/tools/services you would like to share or collaboration opportunities please contact Joe Colletti at Iowa State.
